We are now looking for a Wholesale Coordinator who wants to take a central role in developing our customer relationships and ensuring high delivery precision in a business-close environment.

What you will do

As a Wholesale Coordinator, you work at the heart of our retail business where you have a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and business results. You work closely with other coordinators, telemarketers, and field sales representatives in an engaged team where you together create structure and ensure a high service level for our customers.

In the role, you have daily contact with our wholesale retailers. You drive and develop the flow regarding orders, campaigns, and invoicing, as well as handle complaints. You act as a key link between the customer, logistics, planning, and key account management, contributing to creating smooth flows and solving problems that arise in everyday work.

You work proactively and commercially to prioritize orders, ensure delivery precision, and develop relationships with some of our most important customers. The role involves a varied daily routine where you have the opportunity to influence working methods, develop processes, and contribute to an even stronger position among our key customers.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment of approximately 1 year, located at our sales office in Linköping.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Experience in customer-facing work, for example within food, retail, logistics, or business support
• A high school diploma and preferably post-secondary education in administration, logistics, or economics
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in business systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• It is an advantage if you have experience or interest in the food industry, preferably within meat and charcuterie, and experience with Infor M3.

• Structured and able to plan and prioritize your work effectively
• Responsible and meticulous in your approach to work
• Solution-oriented and confident in handling challenges at a high pace
• Relationship-building and comfortable with many contact surfaces, both internally and externally
• Communicative and professional in your dialogue with customers and colleagues
